Weekly Guided Meditation:
Twice weekly morning meditation(s) and developmental discussion over 3 months.
Proposed 8am-9am, also flexible with timing. The hour being split up into calm and centering guided meditation, and developmental discussion and coaching on topics related to managing stress, work relationships, decision-making/time-management, mindful communication and resilience.
